Cancellation Policy
12 hour advanced notice is required when cancelling or changing your appointment. This allows for someone else to schedule an appointment in that time slot. If you miss your appointment or are unable to give a reasonable advanced notice, you will be charged 50% of the full price of the appointment or half a gift card. This will be due when booking your next appointment. I understand that life happens and each situation will be individually considered. Everyone will get 1 free pass per year.
