Myofascial Release involves applying gentle sustained pressure moving in two directions that can release the connective tissue to help eliminate muscle restrictions, eliminate pain, and restore range of motion.
Sports Massage has a variety of uses. It is used in combination with an athlete's training program to help release different restrictions in the muscles helping them perform optimally. Sports Massage is also used to enhance endurance, decrease the possiblity of injury, and shorten the recovery time after an event. As an added benefit this modality can help with injury rehibilitation.
Swedish Massage includes a variety of techniques designed to relax muscles and assist in the return of blood to the heart. The main focus of this modality is to increase the flow of oxygen in the blood and help release toxins from the muscles.
Deep Tissue Massage is the process of massaging the muscles deepest in the body helping to relieve chronic muscle pains and restore flexibility. Deep Tissue Massage can be done in a variety of pressures to attain maximum results.

Throughout the years I have enjoyed helping the community in many different ways.
During my middle school and high school years I was a Girl Scout was able to achieve my Silver Award. I was very blessed to have my Girl Scouting experience, and in 2006 I decided to give back and became a Girl Scout Leader. I served for several years in the Brooklyn Park Service unit.
Since 2002 I have been able to participate in my Church's mission trip to the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation where I have fallen in love with the wide open spaces, nature and being able to help in their community. Every year I look forward to my trip where I am able to see the relationships I have made over the years and enjoy making a difference in someone's life.
In 2014 I worked with a local Santa Claus, playing his daughter "Holly Claus." We helped bring children in the community joy and happiness during the Christmas season. This idea came to me after watching a documentary called Becoming Santa, where I realized that some children's only joy during Christmas is being able to talk to Santa about the worries going on in their lives.
